In the fictional town of Oakton City,[1] a purple squirrel named Surly and his mute rat partner Buddy reside in

Liberty Park where their thieving reputation has made them outcasts. A group of urban animals led by Raccoon and his cardinal assistant, are running low on food for winter. Red squirrel Andie and gray squirrel Grayson compete with Surly and Buddy to scavenge from a peanut cart manned by Lucky and Fingers who are casing a bank. The squirrels' efforts inadvertently end with the cart's propane tank exploding in the park after it's cord was bitten by Lucky's pug Precious. The runaway cart ends up destroying the tree, where the animals store their food. Surly is banished and Buddy goes with him. In the city, they find Maury's Nut Shop. Adjacent to the bank, it is a criminal hideout used by Lucky, Fingers, their boss Percy "King" Dimpleweed and Knuckles, who plan to break through the wall and replace the bank's cash with nuts. King's girlfriend, Lana, believes King has gone straight and the nut store is legitimate. Raccoon sends Andie and Grayson to the city to find food, but they get separated. Andie recovers Lucky's dog whistle, which Knuckles threw out and Surly had used against Precious, and threatens to dispose of it if Surly does not share the nuts he is going to take. Surly accepts and unwittingly befriends Precious after threatening her with the whistle. Andie informs the park community of the plan. Raccoon reluctantly goes with the plan and assigns Mole and the Bruisers to go with her. Surly eventually learns from Mole that Raccoon's policy is to control the food supply in order to control the animals, and that Raccoon plans sabotaging the nut bonanza. When Andie does not believe him, Surly leaves even when Grayson reunites with them. After fending off street rats who work for Raccoon, Surly and Grayson chase the criminal gang's getaway truck, which carries Raccoon and the other animals. Surly fights off Cardinal, and Mole defects from Raccoon and reveals the truth to the animals, resulting in Raccoon being voted out of the park community. King and Knuckles use the dynamite inside the empty truck to blow up a police barricade at a dam, but the police shoots the tire on the truck that falls from the dam. It explodes after Surly gets himself and Andie off it, and they fall into the river below. Surly makes it to a log, but finds Raccoon, King and Knuckles survived the explosion. Raccoon tries to kill Surly, but the nuts' weight begins to break the log. The animals arrive to rescue them, but Surly, deciding to be selfless in order to protect his friends, lets go of the log and falls into the waterfall with Raccoon. The park community, now sees the good side of Surly, mourning him. The nuts make their way to Liberty Park. King and his associates are arrested as Lana breaks up with King. Andie and Buddy are still mourning over Surly, and when Precious learns what happened, she finds Surly's unconsciousness body near the river. She has Buddy come look at it. Doleful to see his best friend gone, Buddy says his first two words: "best friend". Surly wakes up and hugs with Buddy. Afterward, Precious leaves to meet Lana, who plans to run Maury's Nut Shop. Finding Surly alive, Andie embraces him and suggests to tell the other animals of his heroism. However, Surly declines, yet gains a willingness to work with others, and goes into the city with Buddy, allowing Grayson to take credit for the nuts making it to the park. During the credits, the animals and humans dance with an animated Psy as he performs "Gangnam Style". In a mid-credits scene, Raccoon and Cardinal are shown to have survived their ordeal and are sulking on a harbor buoy surrounded by sharks while coming up with another plan. In the post-credits scene, Precious chases Mole for holding a bone that she wants and he drives her away with the dog whistle.

After the demise of his partner-turned-enemy Steve McKenna, Arthur Bishop, who narrowly escaped Steve's murder attempt on him, retires as a contract killer. However, when his most formidable foe kidnaps the love of his life,

he is forced to travel the globe to complete three impossible assassinations, and do what he does best: make them look like accidents.As for “Mechanic: Resurrection,” the disinclination of Lionsgate to present it to viewers was a little puzzling in a different respect. Sure, the 2011 film “The Mechanic,” a Jason Statham/Ben Foster starring remake of the 1972 Charles Bronson/Jan-Michael Vincent master hitman thriller, only got a 53% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but I thought it was pretty okay, and that’s all that counts. Given that the sequel pairs off Statham’s implacable best-of-the-best anonymous assassin with charming genre movie mascot Jessica Alba, and has Tommy Lee Jones third-billed or so, with Hong Kong eminence Michelle Yeoh rounding out the supporting cast, well, how bad could it be? Not good, is the answer, learned at an early Thursday evening screening. Despite some of the most picturesque locations money can buy, and some not unimpressive looking movable props (yachts with helipads and such) and so on, “Mechanic: Resurrection” suffers from a storyline and script that strains credulity and insults intelligence even by the low bar set by the majority of contemporary action movies. The picture opens with Statham’s Arthur Bishop comfortably ensconced, à la Travis McGee, on a houseboat in Rio. The steadiness of the houseboat is such that Bishop, now known as Santos, can rock out with a vinyl turntable. But not for long. Lunching at his favorite cliffside outdoor restaurant, he’s approached by a femme fatale who Knows Who He Really Is, and who tells him her “Principal” wants him to kill three targets. Santos/Bishop’s violent refusal to play ball is met with an attack by a small military battalion’s worth of men. Not only does this action sequence fail to build a head of steam, but the lack of logic is a little startling. I need you to kill these men for me, because only you can do it, and if you refuse, I will kill you myself. Spot the flaw in this thinking. Bishop of course escapes, and regroups at a seaside village in Thailand, watched over by old pal Mei, played by Yeoh. Soon enough a honey trap with Alba as the bait makes itself known. But Alba’s not a villainess. Her character, Gina, is being extorted in a sense by supervillain Crain, a bland Sam Hazeldine. If Gina doesn’t play ball, Crain’s going to torch the Cambodian orphanage at which Gina is a beloved fixture. Yes, you read that right. Tending to Gina’s wounds in one scene, Mei says to her patient, “My father was a doctor of Eastern medicine. He was a healer.” Well, yes, I would hope so. Later in the movie, Gina says to Bishop, “Those kids are everything to me. If they get trafficked or killed I just couldn’t take it.” Bishop responds, “I was an orphan too.” Wow. This isn’t just a character note: it’s a plot point. Crain was a childhood friend of Bishop back at the orphanage. This wasn’t particularly convincing in the last James Bond film and it works even less here, although if you choose to buy it you may wonder what it is with British orphanages that make them turn out such efficient killers. There’s also the matter of the phrasing of the dialogue itself. “If they get trafficked or killed” doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue. Alba is an appealing screen presence (and director Daniel Gansel takes some advantage of this with a few beach-set shots of the sort that they used to call “cheesecake”). She is not the most virtuoso actor, but not even Meryl Streep could make such dialogue sing. It’s kind of perplexing: clearly not too much expense was spared in the beautiful locations and blow-stuff-up effects tech. Writers in every industry come cheaper and cheaper these days; surely the producers could have invested some of their financing in a script with more inventiveness and engagement power than the one they had on set. Of course, this still would have left the uninspired direction of Gansel. Might he have delivered something more enjoyable with better material? We’ll never know. As for Tommy Lee Jones, his role as a roguish arms dealer is not much more than a cameo, for which he chooses to repeat many of the performing riffs he worked to good effect way way back in 1992’s “Under Siege,” the elemental but enjoyable action film that kind of made Jones into a big star. His work here is one of two pieces of wit the movie has to offer; the other is courtesy of production designers Sebastian T. Krawinkel and Antonello Rubino, who place a replica of the sculpture in the Mosfilm logo title shot in the repository of Soviet kitsch that serves as Jones’ character’s panic room.

Who behaves like a little boy around his formidable ‘bebe’, and is all shy and tongue-tied around a hot babe? Who has, haha, a fear of heights? Sounds like a barrel of fun, no? The first half of A Flying Jatt is not afraid to be silly and is very enjoyable. Tiger Shroff plays a martial arts teacher in a school where he strives lamely to catch his students’ eye, as well as a pretty colleague whom we know is interested in the environment because she clutches a couple of books on the subject to her bosom. No one ever goes to class: it is that kind of film. The pollution, we soon learn, is Enemy No One, riding on the back of the greedy capitalist Malhotra (Kay Kay Menon, camping it up madly) and the evil monster-dipped-into-the-vat-of-chemicals Raka (Nathan Jones, boasting an old-fashioned Bollywood name for a modern-day ‘gora’ villain). When the Flying Jatt’s mum sends him off with the classic ‘jaa, duniya ko bacha’, we laugh out loud. Because, you know, that’s what superheroes do: once they are in costume-and-cape and armed with their super-powers, we know all will be well. Tiger Shroff is a thing of beauty when he flexes his splendid, impossibly toned muscles. He dances like a dream. And because he is still a work-in-progress actor to whom fumbling and bumbling and being awkward comes naturally, he is a good fit for his character, even if it’s cobbled together from familiar caped crusaders: bits of Superman and Spiderman and our own home-grown Krrish.He gets able support from Singh as the proud Sikhni with superpowers of her own: no baddie ever invented can be a match for Bollywood moms. And from Gaurav Pandey as his brother-cum-best-pal. Fernandez has to jump up and down and squeal girlishly, when she is not dancing alongside the Jatt, or not being taken on an aerial survey, all of which she delivers on. A Flying Jatt: Tiger Shroff film offers action, comedy The second half goes south. The film starts getting preachy and heavy. A bad guy who fattens on garbage and waste is a great stroke, but to keep belabouring the point is pointless. Except for a couple of effective scenes, the enormous Jones is a bore. And without the funny bits which kept the pre-interval parts afloat, the faults start glaring. The song-and-dances, bunged in just to show off Tiger’s limber moves, are a drag: Bollywood superheroes can save the world only after the ‘naach-gaana’ is over.

Googly is a love story told using flashbacks. It revolves around Sharath (Yash), a commerce student, and Swathi

Before their love story begins, misunderstandings occur causing Swathi to leave for her hometown of Mysore. After 2 years, they are reunited when traveling to a friend wedding. The events that occur from then on form the rest of the story.Palaniraj and Ravi Verma choreographed the action scenes, with dance choreography done by Murali. Joshua Sridhar composed the score and soundtrack while ace Kannada music composer and state awardee Anoop Seelin scored the background music. Lyrics were written by Yogaraj Bhat, Jayanth Kaikini, Pavan Wadeyar and Kaviraj.

naval officer who married Cynthia (Illeana D'Cruz) against his father's wishes. When Rustom was away on a trip, Cynthia and Vikram (Arjan Bajwa) come close and have an affair. Rustom returns and is furious to find out about the affair. He confronts Vikram, who is killed in an ensuing scuffle. Rustom is tried for murder in court, with defence and prosecution lawyers fighting it out.The music for Rustom is composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, Raghav Sachar, Ankit Tiwari, and Jeet Gannguli. while the lyrics are penned by Manoj Muntashir. First song from the album, "Tere Sang Yaara", sung by Atif Aslam and composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee was released on 6 July 2016.[10] The second track of the movie, titled "Rustom Vahi" was released on 13 July 2016. All lyrics are penned by Manoj Muntashir.The full music album was released on 14 July 2016.

Mohenjo Daro is an Indian epic adventure-romance film written and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker,which shall be the world's first cinematic presentation referencing the ancient Indus Valley civilization and its greatest city, the

UNESCO World Heritage site known today only as Mohenjo-daro.The film is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur for UTV Motion Pictures and Sunita Gowariker for Ashutosh Gowariker Productions Pvt. Ltd. (AGPPL),and features actors Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. Set in 2016 BC at the height of the Indus Valley civilization,the story follows a simple farmer who travels to the great city and falls in love with a high-status woman, then must challenge the city's elite and fight against overwhelming odds to save their civilization. Writer-director Gowariker took over three years to research and develop a script, working closely with archaeologists whose lifework is documenting the Indus Valley civilization to ensure authenticity behind the presentation of his fictional story. The film was shot in Bhuj and Mumbai with short schedules in Jabalpur and Thane. The soundtrack album and film score are composed by A. R. Rahman with song lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 12 August 2016— which is just before the Independence Day weekend in both India (whose filmmakers created this project) and Pakistan (where the ruins of the ancient city itself are located, in the Sindh province about 50 miles from their mutual border). Even before its theatrical release to the public, Mohenjo Daro has been honoured by selection as the Closing Film of the 69th Locarno International Film Festival in Switzerland, and will be screened at the Piazza Grande 13 August 2016 immediately before Locarno's award ceremony.Set amid the ancient Indus Valley civilization circa 2016 B.C.E,an indigo farmer from Amri, Sindh named Sarman (Hrithik Roshan)travels upriver to the largest city, Mohenjo-daro, where during a street mishap he saves the life of a beautiful woman named Chaani (Pooja Hegde) who as "The Chosen One" in service to Sindhu Ma, the goddess of the river which is the centre of their culture, is "the symbol of Mother Sindhu's grace and blessing." But Sarman soon falls afoul of the politician Maham (Kabir Bedi) and his son Moonja (Arunoday Singh) who are seizing power and starting to rule Mohenjo Daro as an empire. To win Chaani, Sarman must defeat Maham and rouse the people to save their city.

Chandu (Nandamuri Balakrishna) works at Dharma Mart as a special in charge. He is living with his wife Katyayani’s (Anjali) family in Hyderabad and everyone thinks that Katyayani is working in Delhi. One fine day, he comes across

an aspiring actress Indu (Sonal Chauhan) befriends him, but she is in trouble because some goons are hunting for her brother (Rajiv Kanakala). When she is kidnapped, Chandu locks horns with the goons and this gets him in direct enmity with Minister Goverdhan Rao (Madhu) and corrupt Police officer Prabhakar (Ajay). Meanwhile, one of the colleague of Chandu, Babji (Kasi Viswanath) steals some money from supermarket’s account for his daughter’s marriage but Chandu takes the blame on him. He is arrested and gets the attention of company Chairman Rajashekar Dharma (Suman), then his uncle Lakshmi Narayana (Nassar) and his family demands for the truth. Things change as Rajashekar reveals the true identity of Chandu as Chandrashekar Dharma The Dictator, Chairman of Dharma group of companies. Chandrasekhar Dharma is one of the big shots in India, who fights against the mafia, eliminates all the gangsters and protects all businessmen in Delhi as a Dictator. Once he meets Katyayani, one of the employees in his companies. Both of them fall in love since Katyayani’s father Lakshmi Narayana doesn’t like rich people she introduces him as her co-employee Chandu and they get married. After sometime Chandrasekhar Dharma locks horns with a powerful lady Mahima Roy (Rati Agnihotri) who is responsible for killing the Hari Prasad (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) father figure of Chandrasekhar, by her son-in-law Viswambhar (Nawab Shah). Mahima Roy kidnaps the family members of Chandrasekhar and forces Chandrasekhar to arrive at her house. Mahima at first asks Chandrasekhar to fall at her feet. Mahima then receives calls from her relatives all over the world, Chandrasekhar later revealing that he has kidnapped all of his relatives across the world, proving his network. Chandrasekhar decides to kill Viswambhar and orders his men to kill him. Mahima Roy makes an attack on Chandrasekhar and in the fight his wife Katyayani gets stabbed by Mahima's men. On his wife's request Chandrasekhar leaves Delhi and changes his identity to live as a common man. It is then revealed by Rajasekhar that Viswambhar is still alive, two of Chandrasekhar's men having betrayed him. One of Chandrasekhar's family members (Sayaji Shinde), his uncle, who had turned against him in the past, goes to Viswambhar and informs hi that Chandrasekhar is going to conduct necessary rites for the dead Hariprasad and it would be a good opportunity to kill him. When Viswambhar arrives at the spot along with his men to kill Chandrasekhar. it is revealed that Sivaram (Sayaji Shinde) had sided with Chandrasekhar to bring Viswambhar out of his hiding. Chandrasekhar then kills Viswambhar and his gang and then forces Mahima Roy to leave the country, warning her for the last time that if she comes back to India, she will suffer the same fate as her son-in-law. Chandrasekhar then returns as Chandrasekhar Dharma, the Dictator, chairman of the industrialist's association of Delhi.

Max Durocher, a meticulous Los Angeles cab driver (Jamie Foxx) is working to earn enough to start his own limousine business. One of the evening's fares is U.S. Justice Department prosecutor Annie Farrell (Jada Pinkett Smith). On

the drive to her office, they strike up a conversation and Annie gives Max her business card. Max's next fare is Vincent (Tom Cruise) who exits the building just after Annie entered. Impressed by Max's skill at navigating the streets of LA, Vincent offers Max $600 to drive him for the entire night, against regulations. Max reluctantly agrees, as the money is too good to pass up. As Max waits at the first stop, a man falls onto his car. Vincent reveals himself as a hitman, and the dead man, drug dealer Ramón Ayala, is the first of five targets for the night. He forces Max to hide the body in the trunk and continue driving. At the second stop, Vincent ties Max to the steering wheel. Max sounds his horn and flashes his lights, attracting the attention of a group of young men. He asks them for help, but they instead take his wallet and Vincent's briefcase. Vincent returns and kills the whole group, much to Max's horror. At a gas station, Vincent tells Max they are ahead of schedule and offers to buy him a drink at a jazz club he likes. Vincent admires the trumpet player on the stage, Daniel (Barry Shabaka Henley), and after his set, invites him over for a drink. Vincent and Max listens with enthusiasm as Daniel talks about his experience with famous jazz musician Miles Davis, but Daniel turns out to be Vincent's third mark and, after the club closes, Vincent kills him in front of Max. Max tells Vincent that he wants out, but Vincent threatens to kill him if he refuses to obey. Max's boss, who constantly calls Max over the radio regarding his whereabouts, informs Max that his mother Ida (Irma P. Hall) is trying to reach him. Learning of Max's nightly visits to his hospitalized mother, Vincent insists Max does not break his routine and visits her. At the hospital, Max grabs Vincent's briefcase containing files on his targets, runs on a pedestrian bridge and tosses the briefcase onto the freeway. Vincent forces Max to meet drug lord Felix Reyes-Torrena (Javier Bardem) to obtain information on his last two marks, threatening to murder Ida otherwise. Posing as Vincent, Max meets with Felix and successfully acquires the information on a USB flash drive. Vincent heads to the next target, Korean gangster Peter Lim, who is at a nightclub. Meanwhile, LAPD Detective Ray Fanning (Mark Ruffalo) uncovers the connection between the three victims and reports his finding to FBI Special Agent Frank Pedrosa (Bruce McGill). Frank identifies the victims as witnesses in a federal grand jury indicting Felix for the following day, and thus are target for assassination. Pedrosa assembles a force to secure Lim. At the nightclub, they run into Vincent, who is being followed by Felix's men. Vincent manages to kill all of Felix's hitmen, Lim's bodyguards and Lim himself, then leaves the club. Fanning rescues Max and smuggles him outside, but is killed by Vincent, who beckons Max back into the cab. Following their getaway, the two start trading personal insults and criticisms. Vincent mocks Max for his lack of ambition, while Max berates Vincent for his disregard for human life. This escalates into an argument that prompts Max into deliberately crashing the cab, intending to stop Vincent's rampage. However, both men survive and Vincent escapes. A police officer arrives at the crash to help, but then notices Ayala's corpse in the trunk and arrests Max. He initially surrenders, but while the officer handcuffs him, he sees Vincent's laptop open in the cab, and learns that Annie is the final target. He overpowers the policeman and takes Vincent's gun and heads to Annie's office. Max calls Annie while she is in the law library to warn her of Vincent's impending hit on her. At first, Annie accuses him of playing a practical joke on her, but she is shocked when he reveals that he knows about Felix and the other witnesses to the case she is going to prosecute the next day. Vincent breaks into her office two floors below the library. Max sees Vincent in the window and beckons Annie to call 911, just as his cell phone battery dies. He rushes into the building, and using the gun he retrieved, shoots his way through the glass doors to the elevator cage. Meanwhile, Annie calls 911, but Vincent uses a fire axe to cut the power to the floor, and the call is lost. A tense hunt ensues as Annie is trapped in the library in the dark. Vincent finally finds her and holds her at gunpoint, but Max saves her just in time by wounding Vincent, and the two escape on foot. Still pursued by Vincent, Max and Annie board a metro rail train, but Vincent boards the train as well. Left with no other option, Max makes his last stand and engages in a shootout with Vincent. Vincent reaches into his pocket to reload, but discovers that he is out of ammunition, and that he is fatally wounded. Exhausted, he slumps into a seat and dies, as he refers to an anecdote about a man who died unnoticed on a train. Max and Annie get off at the next station, in the dawn of a new day.

The film is a quirky comedy directed by Manish Jha starring Arshad Warsi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Boman Irani and his son Kayoze Irani, who was last seen in filmmaker Karan Johar's Student of The Year. The film is an edgy madcap comedy with a romantic tale at the core. This is the first time Boman Irani and his son Kayoze Irani will share screen space. Film's producer Kishor Arora and Shareen Mantri Kedia decided to order 12 custom-made wigs worth Rs 5 lakh spanning styles that would fit within the look parameter, ordered from Germany. When the wigs arrived, Arshad along with the director and producer had discussion and conducted trials before they chose the right one.

The Archangel Michael (Bettany) falls to Earth in Los Angeles, cuts off his wings, and raids a police arsenal for a cache of automatic weapons. Confronted by two LAPD officers, one becomes possessed and kills the other. Michael

kills the possessed cop and steals his car. The remainder of the story takes place in a small roadside diner and garage in the middle of the New Mexico desert. Its semi-permanent residents are the diner's owner, Bob Hanson (Quaid), his son Jeep (Black), the short-order cook Percy (Charles S. Dutton) and the waitress, Charlie (Palicki). Charlie is pregnant with an absentee father's child, and Jeep has always loved her, though he is afraid to say so. Also present are a single father on his way to L.A., Kyle (Tyrese Gibson), and an urban married couple, Howard and Sandra Anderson (Jon Tenney and Kate Walsh), and their rebellious teenaged daughter, Audrey (Willa Holland), who have been temporarily stranded at the diner after their car has broken down. An elderly woman named Gladys (Jeanette Miller) comes in and starts acting strangely, telling Charlie that her baby "is going to burn." When she insults Sandra as well, Howard gets up to demand an apology, and Gladys attacks him, biting a hole in his throat, and then crawls up the wall like a spider. She taunts Jeep, before she is fatally shot by Kyle. Kyle and Sandra try to drive Howard to the nearest hospital, but are forced to turn back by a cloud of flies darkening the sky. With the phones and radio down, the diner is cut off from the outside world. Michael arrives and begins issuing guns to the bewildered inhabitants. He explains that God has lost faith in mankind, and ordered his angels to carry out the Apocalypse. He has disobeyed God's orders, and has come to protect mankind's only hope: Charlie's baby, who is fated to be the world's savior. For that very reason, the angels will soon be laying siege to the diner, trying to kill Charlie and her baby (Gladys was a "scout", a human possessed by another angel). As night falls, a wave of possessed humans attacks the barricaded diner. Michael and the others hold them off, but the wounded Howard is dragged outside and disappears. The next day, Sandra hears her husband's voice calling to her, and looks outside to see him being Crucified upside down, his body covered with boils and sores. Michael warns her that it is a trap, but she runs outside, where "Howard" bursts full of acid. Percy shields Sandra from the acid, but is killed himself. On the second night, Kyle is killed in the second attack, duped by an angel masquerading as a child in danger. As the second wave is repelled, Charlie goes into labor, and delivers her baby, a boy. Michael warns them that this is both good and bad: good because the boy acts as a shield against the other angels; bad because God is now likely to send another being like himself, who can get close to the child: the Archangel Gabriel. Sandra, losing the last of her sanity, snatches the baby and prepares to give it up in exchange for their lives. As she nears the door, Michael shoots her and Jeep snatches the baby back. Gabriel arrives and wounds Bob with his sharp steel like angel wings. Michael tells Jeep, Charlie and Audrey to get the baby away, while he holds off Gabriel. The three walk the baby through the crowd of possessed persons, who clear a path for them, and speed away in a car. Gabriel and Michael fight, and Gabriel wins, stabbing Michael through the heart with his mace. Then he sees the dying Bob, who lights a flame to the diner's gas main, blowing up the diner and destroying the remaining possessed. However, Gabriel survives, and swoops down on the fleeing car. As he tries to reach Charlie, Jeep slams on the brakes, sending the car into a crash that pitches Gabriel out, but kills Audrey. Gabriel finally corners Jeep, Charlie and her baby in the mountains. He is about to kill them, when Michael appears, fully angelic again. His refusal to give up on mankind, including sacrificing his own life, has convinced God to change His mind and give humanity a second chance. Gabriel and Michael fly away, before which Michael tells Jeep and Charlie to take care of the baby. Jeep and Charlie, now a couple, are last seen driving down the road, with Charlie nursing her baby, and Michael's arsenal of guns in their backseat. The film begins and ends with the same monologue by Charlie: telling how her mother's view of God changed while Charlie was a child, from a loving and merciful God to a stern and unforgiving one. When the young Charlie asked why He had changed, her mother said, "I don't know. Maybe He was just tired of all the bullshit."

The film begins with a couple visiting a friend's home for dinner. To their surprise, the hosts are not home and

the place is haunted. In the present, Raghava (Raghava Lawrence) is a cameraman for the channel Green TV where his girlfriend Nandini (Tapsee Pannu) also works. When Green TV drops down to second position in the ratings, Nandini advises to shoot a horror program to bring their channel back to the first position. After the board members agree on this plan, Nandini decides on a location with a house with an intense haunted look, without knowing the fact that it is actually haunted. She sets out with Raghava, his watchman Mayil (Mayilsamy), Dr. Prasad (Sriman) and the anchor Pooja (Pooja Ramachandran) to complete the task. While shooting on a nearby beach, Nandini discovers a Thali, and after the discovery, mysterious events start taking place. So, Nandini decides to visit a priest. The priest discovers that the Thali is actually haunted, lets Nandini out of his room and returns the Thali to the spirit. But Nandini doesn't seem to believe it and the priest challenges her to check the place where she had taken it from. After Nandini and Pooja disturb the Thali for a second time, it doesn't leave them. She rushes to the priest and he helps her. As instructed by him, she prepares a coffin and a groomed woman's corpse which has the Thali. They move to a distance and shoot to see that the coffin literally breaks open and the dead woman is dragged by the ghost. All the members run away out of fear and Raghava collapses. The priest who helps Nandini is also killed by the ghost. Nandini tries to wake Raghava up but is too late as she gets possessed by the ghost of Ganga. Raghava and Nandini move into another house where the haunted Nandini is planning something and to their surprise Raghava's mother and Nandini's sister-in-law also come to stay there. Several changes occur in Nandini which only Raghava notices at first; she starts smoking at night and even physically assaults Raghava. Soon, all realize that she is possessed. Nandini (Now possessed as Ganga), influences Shiva's ghost to be sent into Raghava. When Raghava's mother and Nandini's sister-in-law return, they are beaten up, run to a church and learn about Shiva (also Raghava Lawrence) and Ganga (Nithya Menen). Ganga is a handicap but Shiva loves her very much. But Marudhu (Jayaprakash) killed and buried them when Ganga refused to marry his insane son Shankar. Before dying, however, Shiva has killed Shankar. When Raghava (possessed as Shiva) kills Marudhu's henchman, he comes to know that a spirit killed him. He gets a tantric and revives his dead son to kill Shiva and Ganga. Shiva battles Shankar and eventually defeats him. Ganga takes her revenge by killing Marudhu. Shiva returns Raghava safely to his family and promises to come back whenever they needed him; the story of Shiva and Ganga restores Green TV to the first position.
