Me, Myself & Irene is a 2000 American comedy film directed by brothers Farley, starring Jim Carrey and Renee Zellweger. Chris Cooper, Robert Forster, Richard Jenkins, Daniel Greene, Anthony Anderson, Jerod Mixon, and Mongo Brownlee co-star. The film is about a member of the security forces of the state of Rhode Island named Charlie who, after years of continuously suppressing his anger and emotions, and suffering from a psychotic breakdown which leads to the second character, Hank. This was also the first role of Carrie in the 20 Century Fox film.A narrator (Rex Allen, Jr.) enters Charlie Baileygates (Jim Carrey) .18-year-old veteran Rhode Island State Police and soldiers who have been taken advantage of by people throughout most of his life. Immediately after the marriage, and his wife Leila (Traylor Howard), cheats him with a dwarf African Americans limousine driver named Shonté (Tony Cox), who, like Leila, a member of the group in high IQ- Mensa. Charlie's friends try informing him of his wife's infidelity, but he denies this possibility. After one year, Leila drift with Shonté, leaving Charlie to raise three sons who are biracial product of Leila adulterous relationship with a

limousine driver (one of them actually called Shonté Jr.). Charlie did not see his wife again. He raises his illegitimate triplets (Anthony Anderson, Jerod Mixon Mongo Brownlee), allowing them to watch Richard Pryor stand-up and feast on sweets. Two of the three to become obese, and all foul-mouthed young adults, but also very smart (like their parents) and treated with Charlie more kindness and respect more than anyone else does.
